I am a grandmother who is blessed with four beautiful grandchildren who I adore with all my heart. Covid-19 has handed us all a huge lemon by causing us to be social distanced from our loved ones. I miss seeing and hugging my grandchildren so much that it breaks my heart, but the other day, my seven-year-old granddaughter, Skylar, found a wonderful way to make me some lemonade. I received a letter and small gift from her in the mail and it brightened my day more than words can say. Thank you, my sweet Skylar, for making grandma smile.
The letter says: To my special grandma. Love Sky Sky. I gave you this gift because I miss you so so much. I hope I see you soon. PS Stay safe and wash your hands.
