I put together nightly playlists—some of my friends and neighbors submit their own as well. I turn my surround sound speakers (five speakers plus a subwoofer) so they point out my windows and provide the block with a concert. Folks who visit my Instagram or Facebook @concerts.on.bartlett are encouraged to donate to local venues and music artists. I also hung the “Hope Lights” during the second week of safer-at-home.
