My Nephew’s Birthday Parade

My nephew was so bummed his 11th birthday party was canceled due to Safer At Home. My sister-in-law reached out to her brother who is part of a Wisconsin Car Club. Along with the help of the Racine Police Department, he was able to get approximately 30 cars together to do a drive by birthday for him.
