Today, U.S. Bank donated lunch to 1,300 doctors, nurses, and front line staff at Froedtert Hospital in Wauwatosa, Menomonee Falls, and West Bend. The bank partnered with El Fuego Mexican Restaurant as a way of saying thank you to local healthcare heroes saving lives each day.
U.S. Bank appreciates the selfless actions taken by first responders during the COVID-19 pandemic and they have been celebrating fearless heroes with an initiative called the #SupportLocal campaign, which launched on March 27th.
The campaign has fed many hardworking first responders in fire stations, EMTs, police stations, grocery stores and other essential places of business. The bank accomplished this effort by partnering with local restaurants impacted by the pandemic.
U.S. Bank is honored to support the community during this crucial time.
