In February I moved into an upper duplex near Washington Heights in Milwaukee.
My landlords, Jackie Mich and Ray Pugh, were very nice and made me, my 14-year-old daughter, and my 5-year-old, feel right at home. In mid-March I was informed by my job that because of the pandemic, I along with some other employees would be laid off effective March 26. I was worried. Hours later, I received a text that brought me to tears and restored my faith in people.
I just wanted to thank my landlords for having a heart and for blessing us with such a wonderful gift.
